Our Process

Step 1: Explore

Start by exploring the Pacifica model online or scheduling a tour at our shop. See firsthand how our design feels, ask questions, and imagine how tiny home living could fit your lifestyle.

Step 2: Financing

Does a tiny home fits comfortably within your budget? Financing a tiny home is a little different than a traditional mortgage, but we’ve partnered with lenders who understand the unique nature of tiny homes.

Step 3: Construction Deposit

When you’re ready, a $1,000 refundable reservation holds your place in our build schedule. This keeps your spot secure while you prepare for next steps.

Step 4: Build Phase

Over the next 2–3 months, our team brings your Pacifica to life. You’re welcome to visit our shop to see progress in person—and we’ll send photo updates along the way.

Step 5: Inspections

As we build, your home is inspected by Washington State L&I to ensure it meets state standards for safety and quality. This gives you peace of mind knowing your tiny home is built right.

Step 6: Site Preparation

While we’re building, you’ll be preparing your site. This may include utilities, a pad, or hookups—typically handled by local contractors. We’ll be a resource along the way and can help coordinate where needed.

Step 8: Delivery Day

When your home is finished, it’s time for the big day! We can deliver directly to your location, or you can arrange pickup yourself. Either way, we’ll make sure setup goes smoothly so you can start enjoying your new home.
