Payment Process
- $1000.00 refundable pre order fee gets you in line.
- We will send you an invoice for 25% of the total cost to start work on your tiny home. We can only refund 80% of this payment if you change your mind.
- We will ask for two more 25% payments during the build process, as defined in our contract.
- The final 25% must be paid off and verified before delivery or pickup.
- Local sales taxes of 8.6% will be collected as part of the final payment.
- Delivery fees are handled separately on the Delivery page.
- Note that for online payments we only accept ACH transfers directly from your bank account (no cards). This is to avoid card processing fees.
We are currently only building the Pacifica, which is a 24×8 on-grid tiny home.
